Alex Garza – Founder/Special Consultant

Alex Garza’s experience in the irrigation industry spans nearly 50 years, from equipment assembly, to sales, distribution and finally consulting and design. Alex’s education in mathematics and computer sciences provides a unique facet to his expertise in the irrigation industry. His consulting experience includes projects in Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, Georgia, Mexico, Venezuela and Dubai. He has taught and proctored for the Texas Irrigator’s license and served on various industry boards such as Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the City of San Antonio Plumbing Review and Advisory Board and Texas Turf Irrigation Association. Currently, Alex still provides the occasional Continuing Education presentation for the San Antonio Irrigation Association.
Steven Garza – Associate, Project Manager

Steven Garza has been around the irrigation industry for as long as he can remember, due in large part to being the oldest son of Alex Garza. After earning a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Information Systems Management, Steven earned his Texas Irrigators License in 2007 and began designing irrigation for Garza Consulting. Steven has designed and helped design systems all over Texas for clients such as the City of San Antonio, University of Texas, University of Texas at San Antonio, Texas A&M at San Antonio, Cities of Houston, New Braunfels and El Paso, Department of Veteran Affairs, and many Architects, Engineers and Landscape Architects all over the country.
